  • Documents to be submitted with application:
    • 1. Scanned Copy of Original Death Certificate of deceased employee
    • 2. Departmental Identity Card of the deceased employee
    • 3. Ration Card of the family of the deceased employee
    • 4. Scanned Copy of Original Survival Certificate of family members of deceased employee issued by Revenue Authorities
    • 5. Certified copy of PAN card of the applicant
    • 6. Certified copy of Aadhaar card of the applicant
    • 7. Certified copy of Electoral Card of the applicant
    • 8. Scanned Copy of Original Certificate of Educational Qualification of the applicant
    • 9. Scanned Copy of Original Transfer Certificate of the applicant issued by the School or Educational Institution last studied
    • 10. Scanned Copy of Caste Certificate of the applicant
    • 11. Notarized Affidavit No Objection Certificate stating other members in the family of deceased employee agreed to give appointment to the applicant
    • 12. Notarized Affidavit swearing that none of the members in the deceased’s family has got appointment on compassionate ground
    • 13. Scanned Copy of Original Annual Income Certificate of the family in the prescribed format as per Government notification no. DPAR 10 SCA 95 dated: 12-09-1996. Only for appointment on compassionate ground

  • Minimum Age is 18 years and above
  • For General Category Applicant: Maximum age limit is 35 years
  • For OBC (Category - 2A/2B/3A/3B): Maximum age limit is 38 years
  • For SCs/STs /OBC (Category – I): Maximum age limit is 40 years
  • For Widow – 10 years age relaxation above the max. age limit under each category
